My family was amazed to read the review of Jan 2014. Every single item listed as a negative experience had happened to our family member. The injury to our family member's hand was so severe that, following death, the mortician made a special visit to notify us of the severity. We did not think that lying about medication, not reporting a Level I violation, and diagnosing in the name of the nurse practitioner should ever have happened once. Now we see that they happened more. Punishment was pervasive …our family member was served all meals last during the entire stay.
