STAFF IS OVERWORKED AND CAN'T KEEP UP WITH THE DEMANDS OF THE RESIDENTS. MANAGEMENT ONLY THINGS OF THE PROFIT AND SO CALL LIGHTS ARE NOT ANSWERED FOR LONG PERIOD OF TIMES SO THE RESIDENTS LAY IN THE URINE AND FECAL MATTER. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. ALSO THEY SELDOM OR EVER TAKE RESIDENTS OUT OF THAT HELL HOLE. GET A VAN SO THESE RESIDENTS CAN HAVE A LIFE AND NOT JUST EXIST.

This is true. I know nursing staff is trying there but I guess the owners more worried about making a profit than providing good care. Sad. Very sad.
You are absolutely right. There is NOT enough staff to properly care for these wonderful residents. There are some very good nurses and aides who do their best. But with this many residents, one nurse, two aides per hallway is not enough.
