I've had 2 relatives stay at Signature Muncie and was disappointed in their care. Lack of staff on the hall. Having to wait a long time for someone to answer call light. Little attention to what a resident looks like when they leave their room. Hair not combed. Loved one needing shaved etc. They are more like a 3 Star.
