I've had 2 relatives stay at Signature Muncie and was disappointed in their care. Lack of staff on the hall. Having to wait a long time for someone to answer call light. Little attention to what a resident looks like when they leave their room… Full Review

I can't say enough good! Very attentive staff! The management was great, answered all my questions and helped us through everything. Mom had a stroke and we made a mistake by going to another facility first, but on our doctors recommendation… Full Review
