I agree this is a bad bad place. The people who are good are great but they are few and far between. The food absolutely stinks and the cleaning staff is awful! It is very deceiving and looks great when you do a tour but be aware of the care your family member will get - it is awful for the most part. The Administrative staff actually discusses the families and patients in a not very nice way. Please take my advise and do not put your family member here.
