For 3.5 hours plus I have called every recorded phone number I could find in the phone book and web sight, and have yet to have anyone answer the phone. Some numbers work and no answer, others are out of service.
I have a family member at your facility and I find it very disturbing that I cannot reach anyone at Michiana Health and Rehabilitation. I was supposed to receive a call from staff today. It is now almost 4 p.m.
