lacks in communication with family and their own nursing staff with outside Drs and their orders for their patients ….questionable skill levels of some staff and lack wanting to learn further on diagnosis that they may not often see. often staff treat family members very impolitely and have seen and heard resident personal information being discussed in common areas like the hallway and around nursing desk and med carts and hallway computer station. Definitely prefer private pay to other forms of pay such as medicaid….not reporting falls to family member or dr. and not getting back to you when they say they will phone…..done to me a number of times going back to very poor communication and within different departments with one another…..patients rooms are very unclean….behind furniture and under patients beds, chairs etc. my family members bed frame is very dirty and was upon arrival….under the bed is a lot of dust, grime and debris …nothing pulled out to sweep or often enough….also advertised rooms had cable ready service…not really so….my family members room only gets 3 stations and very fuzzy and custodian said the lines are old and need replaced and this room last on the end of the line….very frustrating! Patients lack privacy and noise level is loud….tv's at night in my families room is unbearable to my mother..they gave her cheap ear plugs to use which don't fit as they say they can't turn off the roomates tv which is blaring loud at night as she is hard of hearing but she is asleep and my member is awake and unable to sleep well do this tv…..very frustrating for me…..so cleanliness is an issue, noise levels and lack of alternatives to deal with this…ear plugs do not work!!!!!!!!
