there's a lot of changes in this building. It is changing for the worst, care here sucks. I have been asking my mom to have restorative care but it fell on deaf ears. No one informs you what's going on with mom's care.The lady that handles the bill is always not available or not in the building. Customer care is very poor. New social worker doesn't seem to know anything. Nursing director and administrator is useless…The building has lost it's luster..

I agree, this place has gone worst since the new administrator took over. Very frustrating, i can never seem to find someone who knows what's going on with my mom
