Very disappointed with Friendship Village in Schaumburg. Especially the Willows floor. The staff does not communicate with each other. Night shifts to day shifts. They have made so many mistakes with my loved one. Very poor care and awful communication with us regarding our loved one who can no longer communicate clearly with us due to Alzheimer's disease. I wish I could remove my family member to a better facility but they made us sign on the dotted line so they call all the shots. Don't sign your love one away to Friendship Village.
