Administered medication that was not ordered by the physican. Patients safety in jeopardy when chair and bed alarms were left detached. Took patient to the wrong doctors office. Another doctors appointment patient was left in the waiting room… Full Review

Very disappointed with Friendship Village in Schaumburg. Especially the Willows floor. The staff does not communicate with each other. Night shifts to day shifts. They have made so many mistakes with my loved one. Very poor care and awful communication… Full Review
