Nursing staff at a ratio of 1 Rn to 15 patients. Uncaring incompetent nursing. Over sedation of patients. Once your loved one is the you'll be lucky to get through on the phone to check on them. Does not live up to their marketing. Other staff competent yet the ones actually caring and dispensing medications are amazingly overworked and don't seem to mind that it's horrible care

This place is absolutely ridiculous. My grandpa was in the hospital and had to go to rehab to get his strength back. My mom and aunt checked the place out and was told all this great stuff about it and how my grandpa was going to get 2 1/2 hours everyday of therapy. He has been in there 6 days and has not once had 2 1/2 hours or therapy. 55 mins was the most time at one sitting.The other times were 20 mins. The therapist told us well it just depends on what we want to give them. Complete crap. He needs to have what we were told he was getting. The nurses are rude. They gave him pain meds when he doesn't take pain meds so he was extremely groggy today. So much so, that we thought he had a stroke. He had food all over his clothes. My grandpa is a clean person and would not leave a dirty shirt on. He went to the clinic today and seen his primary doctor and was told that he was over medicated. This is NOT a good place to send your loved ones. You will be lied to about the care.
