I did not like Warren Barr pavillion. I worked there and i have seen so many residents mistreated and many had there call lights on and the nurses wouls ignore them and walk pass there rooms. i would come onto the floor sometime and smell unpleasant smells from neglect of not cleaning these people when they needed it. many times i would see people yelling and calling for help from there rooms they would be so upset. They kitchen was terrible the food was terrible. ive seen the director himself from the kitchen pick a pork chop up off the floor and rinse it off in water and serve it on the plate. i also seen him take frozen vegs right out the freezer and cook in the microwave for 2min and serve it on plate and had complaints of cold uncooked food. This is all from a co-worker who worked there and i would nver send anybody i know there and hope when i get older nobody will put me here i pray. beleive me not a good place from the inside of working there for five years i know. trust me.
