I will be Filing a complaint or Grievance,very soon with Medicare very soon if action is not taking soon,before anone wants to put there loved one there they sould check the place out,they shower the person when they want,i've watched staff talking in the hall way to other staff when the person is in bed sitting in his own poo and urine for at least a hour and this goes on in the day,i really wonder what happens at night there,i wold not e surprised if they sleep somewhere,they get payed by medicare and public aid to do a job,we as tax payers,pay for that,it's a shame because most of the ppl there have no Family or someone to do something about it i'm writing this letting ppl know there can be done something with Filling a Complaint with the state and Nursng Homes in Illinois they have there own website and question you can answer,i think really a health inspector sould be called to look at the place without them knowing there coming,drop in on them before they can clean the place,when it comes to old ppl i care a lot,it's a shame not everyone thinks this way,i hope someone see this and feels the same way i do,i'm letting you all know that something can be done and i will do everything in my power to do it,This place sould not even be rated at one star,they also are under staffed and i know they can get more staff to work there they have the money don't let them fool you by telling you other wise !!!!!!!!!!
