This facility is an atrocity against the elderly. Some employees make an honest effort to afford quality care; however, there are simply not enough staff on duty each shift. Patient meal times are not consistent, medication is not afforded… Full Review

The facility smells of urine!!! Nursing staff are difficult to locate inside of facility. Patient meals are often received at room temperature, special requests for meal preparation are not accomidated. An aweful, aweful, aweful place. … Full Review
