While the overall asthetics of the building and rooms is nice, the quaility of care is below par. Staff is not responsive to needs of patients and will not respond in a timely manner to alerts.
In fact they average over 5 to minutes to respond to room alerts. In fact most times you have to walk up to the desk to get assistance from them. There is an apparent lack of committment to patient needs here.
