While the overall asthetics of the building and rooms is nice, the quaility of care is below par. Staff is not responsive to needs of patients and will not respond in a timely manner to alerts. In fact they average over 5 to minutes to respond… Full Review

They tell you that someone answers a call within a certain time frame. However, all that means is that someone comes in your room and turns off the nurse call light. Then, it may be as long as 30 minutes before someone returns to help you… Full Review
