Facility is below standards as far as nursing goes. The front line staff do not understand customer service..PERIOD…The DON needs help her self.. she is a micro-manager and thinks everyone is after her job Hates experienced RNs for obvious reasons. Admin (read owner) has serious blinds if he can't see the future of the facility……………
