Financial profit of this facility is their one & only priority. Not resident care or family satisfaction. A constant cycle of the blame game within the facility among all employees. Very unprofessional & incompetent staff from the CNA's to the Director of Nursing. This facility has such a high turn-over of staff, that not one single person within the facility, that provides direct care to the residents actually KNOW'S & IS FAMILIAR with the resident or their families. Quality care comes from continuity of care and directly being familiar with a resident/their family and actually getting to know them, something this facility seriously lacks! If a resident is there for rehab, they will keep them until the funding runs out, regardless of progress made by the resident, because profit is the #1 priority.
