The front of the building is beautiful, but the living area where residents spends the most time needs updating. It also smells terrible, and the rooms needs at least a coat of paint. The windows are disgraceful in patient's room, and need cleaning. Additonally, some of the staff are ridiculously rude and need to be trained in customer service.
