The facility has improved over the years. The staff is more attentative and the care has improved tremendously. I must add, the building is beautiful. As with any facility, it is not perfect, but they are really trying to improve the quality of care for the residents. The residents love the activities and the increased friendliness of the staff.

The facility is improved, but only the main entrance, dinning area etc. The area that really matters are the resident's living quarters, which are terrible looking and needs some work done. Surroundings plays a major role in patient's healing and frame of mind. The rooms are very dreary and needs updating. Something needs to be done to neutralize the air so it could smell cleaner by the patient's living area. Some of the staff are indeed very friendly and efficient, but there are some very rude ones too.
