I would give this 1 star, if that. My grandfather was transferred there and spent 3 days after being diagnosed with dementia and experiencing severe dizziness and weakness. He was not supposed to move around without help, yet he was deposited in a chair after an hour of physical therapy and left alone for several hours. The bed alarm was not turned on the first night, and they ignored his calls for help to the bathroom the second night. He spend a night in wet clothing because no one bothered to check on him. We were assured after the first incident that this would never happen again, which is why we immediately transferred him when it DID happen again.
