I am rating this one star only because of the physical therapists who treated my loved one with care. The nursing staff is hit and miss; there were two techs who appeared to care and be consistent in their treatment. The lead doctor and administrative staff are, for the most part, condescending, patronizing and very uncommunicative. If you have issues, they will turn it around to being your fault. My loved one was there for short term intermediate care; should she need it again, I would find another facility.
