Horrible facility - grandmother was sent here for rehabilitation, and we have seen and heard reports of a resident falling out of her bed and calling for help for approximately 45 minutes with no assistance. My grandmother finally called her own relative who contacted the facility and told them that they need to tend to the other resident. Another gentleman asked the staff for a towel because he felt he was about to throw up, and they completely ignored him in favor of chatting amongst themselves. When he inevitably threw up, he had to sit with his own vomit for approximately 10 minutes before a staff member brought paper towels over. Lastly, my grandmother has reportedly tried to call for help using the button at her bed and had to wait 1-2 hours before receiving any assistance.
Perhaps they are horribly understaffed and can't handle the residents, or perhaps there are staff there who simply don't care about human dignity - I don't know. Either way, I would strongly recommend anyone looking at this place to go somewhere else.
