Although they promised me that they could handle a kosher resident to the point of having the " chef" call me and plan menus, the food was a disaster. We made my mother a vegetarian so that they would not have to bring in high sodium prepared kosher foods. They CONSISTENTLY served her multiple carbs and NO protein for meals. My favorite was the day they put a pork chop in front of her, and I said, remember, she is not only kosher but vegetarian, and the server said, " Well maybe she will change her mind." Seriously, she is 92 years old.
Dee the person who sold us on this capability is no where to be seen.
I will say that the rehab staff, especially PT not OT, was very communicative. Did not use SPeech Pathology services. The nurses were very nice as was the support staff.
The place was clean.
