The therapy department here is great. The administration and nursing staff are deplorable. The food is fair, but the food service staff seem to be mentally challenged. My mom does not eat beef but they consistently serve it to her and seem dumbfounded when she requests an alternative selection. She has been served meals that were visibly incomplete….one chicken nugget, with vegetables and tea, for example. The nursing staff are lazy, inconsistent and highly inept. The CNA's are extremely lazy and virtually non-existent in the evening and overnight hours. Mom should have assistance when walking but can rarely get a call bell answered in the evenings…even when I am there! I've lodged many complaints with administration but not much has improved and they don't care. I've been told that the and work ethic of the age/generation nursing staff is a problem they can't solve. Looking for other options for my mom. Don't make a Signature mistake. Sales job is great but the delivery is poor.
