This is the second time my Mom has been in the Consulate this place is the best rehab home in Polk County ,they have helped my mom very well and when she was having trouble they sent her to the hospital fast. I spend a lot of time there with her, the staff is A+++++. I have no second thoughts about them I know they will treat her well my mom is very head strong and out spoken I know if they can put up with her and treat her like she's part of the family I can rest without worrying about her. My thanks to all the staff
