i would not recommend this facility to anyone. staff acted hateful. very unfriendly.asked someone to help change my dad, he was changed 3 hours later.every day i come to find him sitting in urine. sometimes they change his brief but not the bed sheets. when i say thank you for the little,unwilling help i get,i get the silent treatment and a hateful look. don't even want to ask for help anymore,but my dad is too heavy for just me. his room is always dirty and dusty. nurses are quite rude. horrible. i wish i could bring my dad home.

I couldn't agree more. My mother DIED while in their care. Please be very careful for your Dad and try to transfer him out of there if at all possible. This place has the most hateful and apathetic doctor/employees and administrators I have ever seen. I regret every day having sent my mother there in perfect health and she tragically died 3 weeks later. It is inconceivable to our family how they are still in business. Go to ahca.myflorida.com to check their inspection reports. Also, they spit on my mother and her roommate. This place is disgusting.
