This facility was highly recommended to us as a rehab facility for knee replacements. I have found this to be one of the worse facility I have seen. How they got a 5 star rating I will never now. The people are so rude and not helpful. You wait for hour to get any help. I have seen the nurse busy on the cell phones and haven forbid if you interupt them. There are a very few employees that are nice and helpful. However that is over shadow by all the rude, unfriendly employees. Health care is not suppose to be like this. Our loved ones should not have to deal with rude comments and unfriendly help. It is hard to even give this facility 1 star the way I feel about it.
