I just came to Trinity and I really wish I would of read the reviews 1st. I have had my 4th severe intestinal surgey I came here after 2 weeks in hospital. They have all my medications screwed up. For dinner they gave me chicken chilli in a small jello bowl wuth a s.nall chunk of corn bread that was hard as a rock. Now keep in mind my surgery involved my intestines being pulled apart and put back together they gave me chilli with beans! I did the same as another lady on here except my son helped me or I wouldn't be writing this. Good luck don't go here
