This has to be the worst place to put your family memeber! They do not communicate with the family or each other! Talked to Social Services and they have never contacted me it has been 2 weeks. They really only care about the insurance $. Took them 10 days to change my father's diest after talking to over 7 people. They weren't even up to date on their elevator license, they still had Charlie Crist on it and it had expired on July 31, 2011. Dob't make this your loved ones Choice!!!
