Office / Administration staff are prone to leave early, do not promptly answer the phone, when they do, transfer to the long term "keys" section and you will almost certainly not get an answer. I just tried to find out if a resident was still alive, rudely refused cutting HIPPA. The food is often so substandard it's pitiful.
