Our son was sent there with a facture back and on antibiotics. He has not recieved his pain meds for over 10 hours. Now they are saying they have to change his antibiotic that was thee only one he is responding to for the infection. He was placed in a room with a man who is attached to a peeper wihich goes off everytime the man tries to get up. it takes the nurses any where from 10 to 15 mins to come and turn it off. He is a bipolar and has requested another toom because he was told he would have a private room. He has not been able to get any rest! we attempted tp speak with a supervisor . ist call we were told she was on break and would call us back. after a two hour wait my husband called back and was left on hold for thirty minutes. they are refusing to move him to a private room even though he was told he would be in a seperate room. He has a severe infection and can not afford to get another one. they also have not used snaitary measures when touching his pick line. when he ask why they were not wearing gloves the nurse says you need to ask them to waer gloves! Really?? we have a problem with this. Dont place your loved one here. I hate to think what happens to people who cant speak for themselves!!!
