Would not bring a loved one there EVER again. My loved one continually got worse after being at this facility. Agree with other review, Dawn was a good nurse and seemed to care. Physical therapy tried, but my loved one was drugged to the point of not functioning. Totally unacceptable.

We also had issues with medication when my mom was there for rehab, we met with the nursing director and she had the situation corrected in just a matter of minutes. The dr in the hospital was never availalable to adress our concerns. Once we got to Signature, we had a nurse case manager and a dr to coordinate mother's care . The nurses aides were very patient and kind, even when my mom was at her worst and less than kind to them. The therapists got her moving and motivated and showed her that she could go home if she worked hard. The building was extremely clean and comfortable, the food in the dining room was delicious and it was like sitting in a restaurant. You have to stay involved and allow the staff to address your concerns.I would recommend Signature Healthcare to anyone!
