If I could give this place a negative score I would in a heartbeat. My father was transferred to this facility in December of 2015 after sustaining a traumatic brain injury and having brain surgery. He came to this facility for rehabilitation… Full Review

Was at this facility from 10/2010 to 2/2011. Was given another patients medication, the wrong dosage of my medications. When my blood pressure is taken with an automatic machine it registers high. On many occassions the CNA would just change… Full Review
