I had both my parents there at the same time. I would not leave my dog in kennel with such care the understaff tried to do what they could but their was never enough help even though the office said they were never understaffed so when they say not for profit who gets it.Not more staff .20 minutes of a call light on to go to the bathroom is way to long for some one in their 80's . Well I'm not 60 and it's to long for me. Take your records of your loved ones with when you go cause they really seem to even less once they leave there.
