I rate Boulevard Rehabilitation Center very poor. The nurses we had were "rude", the service "poor" and the food "poor" as well.
I suggest if you are looking for a rehab center, look further and you will find a 4-5 star rated one.
This center needs to be reviewed by the "CEO" and review and change policies to his staff, and make positively sure that his "paying guests" are treated with the maximum best "service & respect".
I therefore rate you as a one -star facility.
