Very clean facility, staff is all pleasant & smiling as well as helpful, residents are checked frequently and appear clean & content. No noxious odors. Have a friend in there now who is NOT happy to be there, so I as an RN, have taken a very close look at the place. I would put any family member there and would also recommend this place to anyone.

I have a family member that is a resident of this nursing and rehab center and I don't think the RN stayed long enough in this facility. There are not enough staff to see that the quality of care is given to each resident. The facility does not have a way to alert the nursing station except by a light that blinks outside the room and it may be a long time before someone comes down this hall to even see it. Residents that have bowel problems just have to go in the bed when they should have help to the bathroom. The residents cloths that is brought to them gets lost and its continually to buy new ones to replace the lost ones by the staff. If I had it to do over again I would not have put my love one here.
