Id give BNRC 3 stars out of five… The staffing is low but they do the best that they can do. Most of the staff are helpful and nice, always smiling and ready to help! The Facility is relatively clean and well kept. It has plenty of space, the residents get to go outside & enjoy themselves in an enclosed area at the third hall of the facility, as well as a covered garden like place in the middle of the place, near the back of the Nursing home. there are 3 inside day rooms as well, they have internet access and tv… one of the halls have an ice cream bar… there is a set of CNAs dedicated to keeping the residents active & socialized, they are great with them, and provide plenty of great activities for the residents to enjoy.. There is also differnt types of therapy rooms as well.. there is also a beauty parlor inside the home… :)
Only a few things they could do better with. One being more staffing, because its really very low… and that affects the service of the facility, but other than that, its a pretty professionally run place! It would be a good place to send your family or loved one for care i beleive…
