Don't count on anything changing. That place is just horrible. The management staff ignore concerns from residents and staff. The director of nursing yells at staff in front of patients, staff, and visitors. Please, please don't send your loved one there. Go look at the state department reports of their tags and see for yourself. Make sure you do your research on places like this!
