Compared Centennial to other nursing homes similar to staffing, size, number of beds etc., and found Centennial staff more active with residents... Other facilities I looked at kept residents in their room more often as where Centennial keeps… Full Review

The people at Centennial Health Care Center in Greeley Co. are very nice to my family member... I am there often and I see a lot of staff and how they treat all residents and I am very pleased... They try helping them to feel at home... … Full Review

The staff will steal from patients. My relative had a ring (worth over one thousand dollars) stolen. The staff of course says "Maybe he wasn't wearing it when he came here." This was a ring he NEVER took off, not even in the shower, and how… Full Review

Don't count on anything changing. That place is just horrible. The management staff ignore concerns from residents and staff. The director of nursing yells at staff in front of patients, staff, and visitors. Please, please don't send your loved… Full Review
