My mom broke her ankle and was in Goldstar in Santa Monica for one month (in the 3rd floor). My mom passed away 10 days ago and she loved that place, she was so happy. That place is so clean and has the best nurses. I do recommend Goldstar nursing home to anyone especially if you speak Farsi.
