Some of the staff was nice. But if you speak no other language than english I would not recommend this facility. Also 99% impossible to get in touch with any of your loved ones there. they do not have a phone service for the patients, and if you call-good luck not being on hold for under 15 minutes, and many times I was hung up on while being on hold. this is tough for someone who cannot be there everyday to visit. I am still waiting to hear from them, as they promised they would get back to me …ha ha about out patient p.t. Will not hold my breath. They do not respond to messages when you are able to get to them via voice mail. Mom pressed her button to get help and finally we had to go up to the desk to get their attention. 2 women sitting there on their computers, did not even look up at me. Go somewhere else!
