My husband and I went to visit the facility as a possible place for my mother-in-law. Where should I start: the place is outdated, some of the beds requires hand cranking for adjustment (did you purchases these from the 40's), the activity lady (Northern European decent) was entertaining the Asian residents with foreign music, the nurses were communicating in their native tongue and some of them were playing on their phone at the med chart,and it costs an arm and a leg a month. The lady providing the tour was nice and friendly but we only understood every other word she said. We were not expecting a spa or a 4 stars hotel feeling, yet, we just wanted a facility that seems to appropriate for our loved ones and this was not the place.
