We're in the process of moving my mother to a different facility. She was admitted from an LTAC after a traumatic brain injury suffered in a fall. She is less mobile now than when she was 3 weeks ago. We walked in once to hear Mom scream as 2 totally untrained, elderly CNA's were trying to move her from a wheelchair to bed (they had removed her helmet) BEFORE the transfer. She has vomited with no explanation, now has a UTI (IMO, due to a blocked catheter that was never checked), and as with another reviewer, there have been several instances in which the staff has withheld information or flat out lied to us. The facility itself is pretty, but too big to give anything close to personal care! Stay away….
