Danger, I would not have my relative stay here. After the hours of 11pm the staffing is very minimal. 23-25 patients per CNA,. the LVN'S and RN's will not assist with any patient care, they have too much paper work and/or passing of medications on time. The STATE needs to know what really goes on here. Also on the pm shift, after 5pm when admin goes home. You ring and ring your buzzer when you know your CNA is in the nearby t.v room socializing.
