My mother stayed there for 12 days following spinal surgery. It was a very busy place; however, there was a lot of staff there, as well as a doctor and nurse practitioner. Sometimes they did not respond to the nurse call button, but we found response times were longer at the hospital because everyone was so busy. What touched my heart was that everyone there expressed compassion and concern for every patient there, and some of the people were very sick. The place was also clean, and the receptionist was a kind, beautiful person who talked with visitors and patients.
