I work for a financial institution. My client called me today to let me know that she's been ill and was sent to this facility for care and rehabilitation. She informed me that it was awful! The rehab was for 45 min. and you are in your bed the rest of the time. They also told her to ring the bell if she needs help getting out of bed… 3 hours later she still didn't get a response. I'm sick that this is the type of care they have for our elderly! If she was my mother, I wouldn't be just writing a bad review, I would be reporting this to the proper authorities.
