Rough place for a loved one. Staff running around saying call if you need anything but when you call the mailboxes are full. No written reports from doctors, psychiatrist, nurses, or social workers. All information is from verbal tidbits on the run.

I have not had this problem when my loved one was at Westview. I know that often times I left messages with people at the building, but I would always get a call back.
