Do I really have to give this place a single star? There is no way to contact anyone where. No one answered the phone!! I have to drive 100 miles just to talk to my family member and relay important information! No message machine and the number is a cell phone?? This website is impossible as well. It sounds like the facility took a huge risk in admitting your loved one. They took someone from Nevada and admitted them in California. I would hope that a nursing home would be willing to help my family out in such a circumstance.
