Please believe the reviews. Management staff I.E. Administrator and Asst. DON are very argumentative and rude and defensive with any concerns voiced. They try to talk down to you and use intimidation tactics. Employees are afraid to voice concerns for fear that they will be terminated. Very high turnover with staff. except Administration,If you complain about any of the licensed staff LPN's, DON or charge nurse, no help. Guess why? They are all related (family-wise) Advice: check on your family often, and observe Administration. On a positive note: They have a clean facility.
